Vinyl graphics production
is a big part of Arrow Sign Company's business
and we incorporate it into many of our products.
There are various types of roll vinyl available
for use. Computer cut vinyl graphics can be
applied to a great number of surfaces lending
itself to many visual possibilities. High-performance
vinyl film is recommended for any permanent
display. Cast "intermediate" film
costs less, but should only be used for temporary
displays. Specialty vinyls like Controltac
can be used for creating large format photographic
prints, such as a 3M Scotchprint Graphic.
Our vinyl graphics
are cut using the latest precision vinyl
cutting machines and highly developed, trade-specific
sign making software. Our staff has formidable
creative talents and many years of vinyl
installation experience. We recommend professional
installation for any vinyl graphics task.
For smaller, simple jobs a customer can
avoid application fees by installing graphics
himself, but we cannot guarantee the cut
vinyl if a customer chooses to self-install
the graphics.
We create much of our
design work in-house, but also often use
customer supplied art as well. Customers
can avoid setup and design fees by providing
vector-based art files for vinyl cutting
jobs. Our image scanning fee for printed
artwork is $50. Our design rate for vectorization,
design and other clean up work is $50 per
hour. |
